Sim Card Status randomly goes to "disconnected"
We have two Samsung A53 5G phones that randomly lose mobile data connection. When this happens, under Sim Card Status/Network the value has changed to "not available "and the Mobile Network Status has changed to "disconnected". This is quickly fixed by turning airplane mode on then off as the status' goes back to "AT&T" and "Connected". Hard to nail down just when the status changes, but it seems to happen in a metro area which could have 5G coverage. Could it be related to entering 5G coverage and AT&T doesn't recognize this phone as 5G so the Status changes? I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps, gotten new Sim Cards from AT&T and have changed "Mobile Data Always Active" setting to "on", but this random status change still occurs.
