Answer this: Why is AT&T one of the last carriers to ship a pre-ordered 512gb Note 9's?
I pre-ordered the 512gb. BIG MISTAKE! The phone came out 5 days ago and I have a ship date of 2 weeks from today. THIS IS UNACCETABLE AT&T. For pre-odering I get to get the phone almost a month after it comes out?!

You could have preordered the device at best buy and had the same problem. I have a friend that works for BB and they got 1 512gb att version on launch and it was preordered. Samsung did not make enough is what it boils down to. Just like apple with their higher storage models.

You sure do alot of replying on AT&T's community forum with 15,000 posts; odd how you keep challenging all of my posts today.
I would think AT&T representatives know what they are talking about. They told me they would fullfill my order, they checked to see which location near me had it in stock, and said I could have the blue 512gb Note 9 within 2 hours if I cancelled my first order and lost my headphones. I do not know why you are trying to make me prove what I have already told you.
AT&T had a "glitch" on my order and changed my receive date and expects me to just accept it and possibly risk loosing my headphones still if it comes after the 9/13 deadline. This is NOT right.
Apple has an amazing track record for getting their backorders to their customers on-time. Let’s see if AT&T and Samsung can do the same. It was dirty of AT&T to change the date on me like that, and then act as if it is no big deal.
I cannot keep replying with you on several posts. I am not being paid and AT&T has waisted enough of my time. I just want to warn people about pre-ordering with AT&T; you are better to go in the store and buy it if you don't want to wait month to receive it.

UPDATE: MY PHONE ARRIVED! August the 31st infact! The Note 9 is living up to the hype so far. I really like the S-Pen with bluetooth working with the camera. I am really happy with it. I was able to order my AKG headphones and was given a ship date already. I appreciate AT&T for getting on my order, and getting it to me and righting a wrong. I feel they took care of the issue.
