1. Go to Device Support.
2. Choose or change the device brand and model.
3. Select Device diagram.
4. Scroll to More Device Help and select Software updates if it’s there. You’ll only see it if there’s an update for the selected device.

Sometimes your device may have trouble updating as each update requires a certain amount of data.You may have to remove apps or data to increase your device’s available memory.

It is an ATT phone that I purchased thru ATT,

Also already checked the memory, no issues there. 

I just found it odd that all the talk of Android 13 coming out and I totally missed 11 & 12. 

We'd be more than happy to step in to give more context on software updates for your Note 20 Ultra 5G device, @teri22677.

Our first recommendation would be to use this resource to view past and present software updates. 

Before getting started:

• Make sure you’re in the U.S. and on our wireless network.
• You can download the update via Firmware Over the Air (FOTA).
• You must connect your device to Wi-Fi^® to download the update.
• Although there should be no impacts to settings or data, we recommend backing up your media files to an SD card, a computer, or using a favorite application, before upgrading the software.

It appears that the most recent Android 12 update was released Feburary 7th 2022, and the last update for Android 11 was released November 15th 2021. You can view those updates by clicking where it says, "previous updates".

Our second recommendation would be to use our troubleshooting module to make sure that your Note 20 has the latest software.

We also recommend updating your software through Samsung.
