Samsung infuse
I have recently got a Samsung infuse given to me by a friend the phone looks great almost new and no water damage. For some reason the phone will not cycle on all it will do is flash the company logo "Samsung" and whenever plugged in it just flashes the battery symbol. Is this a battery problem? If so great I'll just pick one up but if not didn't want to spend the money on a battery for nothing.

We are so sorry to hear about your phone troubles, but we are happy to offer some assistance. There could be a few factors at play here so it would be important to test these out. First please make sure you are using the original charger that came with the device and test to see if the USB cord connects to the computer. Also, make sure to check the charging port and charging cord to see if any of the prongs are bent. Please let us know how this goes.
