Samsung galaxy watch 5

I bought the galaxy Watch 5 last month and have been having issues ever since. The watch notification it set to vibrate but when I get texts/calls it doesn't vibrate. Does this happen to anyone else?

Hello @adebiase, thank you for contacting us, and we will be happy to assist you with setting up your notifications.

The first step we would ask you to do is to turn off the device to reset it and turn it back on.

Once the device is back on, go to the access notification sound setting

  • Swipe up from the bottom of the clock screen to access the Apps tray, then scroll to and select the settings app Settings app.
  • Scroll to and select Sounds and vibration.
  • From the Sounds and vibration screen, scroll to and select Notification sound then scroll to and select the desired option.
  • From the Sounds and vibration screen, scroll to and select Notification vibration then scroll to and select the desired option.

Hope this helps and if you have any further questions, please reach back out to us.
