Reset problem

I bought this Samsung about 2-3 years ago, only used it with one account but it reset itself and I have not used it since. I’ve tried everything to log into it. But nothing works it keeps bringing me back to the email part. I don’t know what to do anymore.

Phones do not reset themselves. They are reset either remotely using the email account that was used to set it up in the first place. Or physically with the email that was used to set it up in the first place.

If that was not your email, of course you cannot access it - it is user locked.

User locked means the phone is locked by a particular user with their particular account and password.

If that is not you, you would not have access to the phone. It is a protection against someone stealing your phone and then putting their own information on it. Makes it useless.

User locks are the email and password the phone was set up with and a screen lock. If you set them up you should know what both of them are.

Service providers have nothing to do with user locks
