Replacing A Damaged Device

It was like contacting the President of The United States to replace a damaged device. Customer Service told me something and a week later, still no replacement; then Customer Service told me something totally different from the week before; a week later, still no replacement. What does a person have to do to get a damaged phone replaced??

Hello garywiley63, we're here to help get you pointed in the right direction to replace your damaged device.

You would want to continue to reach out to Asurion regarding your insurance claim at 888-562-8662. Their business hours are Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM to 10:00 pm EST. Also, Saturday through Sunday between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.

You can also access this info by going to the insurance claim webpage

Let us know if this helps. Reach back out to us if you have any other questions.

Damaged in what way? Was it accidental physical damage or was the phone damaged out of the box?

If you're looking to file an insurance claim go to Asurion's claim form

Accidental dropped. Screen all cracked. Had already submitted claim and received same runaround with Asurion's Rep also.
