Replacement phone blues.. or the shade formerly known as...

Nutshell...S22 ultra stolen from work locker.. a-holes! Asurion backed so a few days later dude drives two hours to deliver my phone, hi five and bacon grease on the side.. bummer alert it's black...I was told as per policy I would get exact phone I paid for. Picked out,, signed a contract with.. it's sounds ridiculous but to be fair if I wanted a black phone I'd bought a black phone..I thought customer service was important, but it's like they have us by the balls or whatever and we just have to deal with it..yet if you don't fulfill any obligation with them than they coming to your house tying granny up and getting their money and then charging you for the rope! Ok I know, wee bit dramatic but hey maybe at the very least someone will get a laugh.. summing it up in 3...2...1....0. Why is it such a big deal to trade one color for another? Shouldn't be, should it?  We pay a lot of money to these people, and just to be treated like herd animals without anything between our ears ....my opinion. Have a wonderful night and a pleasant morning
