Phone return
Is there anyone in the company who can approve a late phone return outside of the 14 day time period? I was actively trying to set the phone up before the time out period for the account and couldn't get it set up. I called customer service before the time out period and they were to confused to even pull up my account. I just want to return the phone at this point and neither legal nor customer service nor the store has been of any help. It makes me not even want to use the internet service I pay for religiously. I've never been so frustrated with a company in my life.

AFAIK, there are no exceptions to the 14 day return policy.

If you bought your device online (att.com), over the phone with AT&T, or at an AT&T branded store, you have 14 days to start your return or exchange.
