Note 4 on Cricket won't update to Lollipop
I still have not received the updated, I was wondering if i had to be active with att for the update to go through? I am using an att note 4 on cricket wireless which is part of att.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Cricket is a different carrier even if it uses the same network. You would need to reach out to them to see when they will release the update or go to AT&T to see if they can manually update the device.
