My Unlock Request was denied
AT&T says I have prepaid but I don't so they denied my unlock request. I've never been on prepaid and my phone is paid off (actually 2 phones, me and my wifes. Both phones are Samsung and paid off. What is my next step?

What phone? You may not be using prepaid service, but if you are using a prepaid phone, or any phone sold at a discount for AT&T prepaid service, it is required to have 6 months of prepaid service in order to be eligible for unlocking.

I bought the phones at an AT&T store so it shouldn't be a prepaid phone. I guess I'll call ATT live and hope I get someone who can figure this out.

I got nowhere calling in live as all the responses are automated. Even pressing 0 did nothing. So i went to the Facebook page and got hooked up with a knowledgeable rep who got all my issues solved. So I'm happy.
