MY PHONE WAS BLACKLISTED AND ITS NOT EVEN AN ATT PHONE.
I bought my son the s21 5G July 1st 2021 BRAND NEW FROM US CELLULAR!! For 12 hours today I have been on the phone trying yu fix this issue. US CELLULAR don't in any any way have it blocked samsung don't fcc don't know why it is. CTIA is just as confused as I am. My son's dad added him to his plan with his phone that was already paid for, and unlocked. The phone was never reported lost or stolen if the phone went missing my kid is with it trust me I'm surprised that his hand didn't grow around it he never let's it go. So what rasoning would you guys have to blacklist the phone? It's not your phone it's not on your payment plan nothing. Now my son has a phone he has actually taken good care of he can't use. Unlock his phone please!!!!!!!!

How do you know that AT&T has blacklisted the phone?
Is it actually blacklisted or is it just not compatible with AT&t's network?
When you switch a phone from a different service provider you should always check the IMEI to make sure it is compatible.

Then do a public IMEI check, someplace like the swappa website, to see if the phone indeed does show up on the universal blacklist.
