I'm not recieving phone calls from 402 area code

The caller is NOT even given the option to leave a message. The call is not showing in my 'missed' calls log. I have a S21 Ultra which is a replacement for another S21 Ultra in Jan 23. AT&T store could not fix the problem and said to order another S21 Ultra...

We know the importance of receiving your calls, and we're here to help you with that, @carloes154

Here are some steps that you can try to get your phone back to reciving calls.

  • Turn your phone off and back on.
  • Try calling the number again.
  • Make sure your software’s up to date: Go to att.com/softwareupdates.
  • Confirm you have wireless service. Make sure you have a signal. Check our network coverage map.
  • Turn off call forwarding. Press #21# on your phone and then the Call, Send, Talk, or Receiver key.
  • Check that you aren’t blocking calls.

If those steps don't work for you, you can sign into your AT&T account and troubleshoot your device.

Hello AT&T


I don't have a problem calling the 402 area code...


The caller from 402 can't reach me. They can't even leave a voice mail.


They are not given the option..

The first thing I checked was blocked 402 area codes.. None there.

Last update from AT&T was this past weekend.

Of course I have wireless service turned on.. You were kidding right?

This is a brand new phone.. the same issue was happening in Dec/Jan.


And the AT&T store gave up and said order a new phone... Well this is a NEW phone.


This after 3 hrs on the phone with AT&T support while at the AT&T store.

Can we skip the 1rst level script and get some real help?


I suggest looking at blocking on AT&T's software.... Since I'm not running any..

I can't thing of anything else..
