If you wanted me to pay so urgently, why didn't you just call, write, text, email, on any of the 2 phone numbers or 2 email addresses?
This was so easy at the store, and everything seemed to be so clearly understood by both parties. Since leaving the store, nothing but rude voices on the other line and broken promises.

If you're talking about your monthly bill, that would be your responsibility. Otherwise, you might want to provide details on your issue.

Well, it would be my responsibility if I knew I owed the money. I was not supposed to be billed until 2021, as I had phone service already with Verizon.
