How do I unblock a blocked caller?

Somehow a friend was blocked in the AT&T Active Armor app and I can't unblock him. I keep getting the error message "we have hit a snag, let's try this again." How do I remove them?

We surely want to help you with unblocking your friend through the AT&T ActiveArmor app, @yenle200.

 

First we want to make sure your app is updated to the latest software versions. If you're using an iPhone, you'll need to follow these steps: 

  1. Go to Settings on your device and tap General.
  2. Tap Software Update and make sure you have the latest version. If you don’t, update it now.
  3. Close settings and open the App Store.
  4. Tap Updates, and select Update next to AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app.

If you're using an android device, follow these steps: 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Find your running apps and tap Google Play.
  3. Tap Clear Cache and then Force stop.
  4. Search for the AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app in Play Store.
  5. Tap Update.

If you're still expieriencing errors with the app, you'll need to report these issues and submit a request to app support.
