[Help] Samsung Galaxy Express can't unlock | IMEI not in record

Hello,

 

I am a GoPhone customer. I have been trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy Express (i437P) in the Device Unlock page but it keeps telling me this,

 

"We do not have a record of the IMEI you entered. Please verify the IMEI entered is correct by dialing *#06# on your device."

 

I have entered the IMEI correctly and I have met all the requirements. The service it's been active for 12 months.

Hello @Emanuel1337 

 

Are you actually using this phone on your Go Phone account? One of the unlock requirements for the Go Phone accounts is that the device is used on it for at least 6 months. If you're using the phone with this account, you might need to call AT&T and verify that the correct IMEI is attached to the number.
