Galaxy S8+ radio not working, no signal at all
So, I was moving to a new apartment a couple days ago. Placed my phone on a bar in the moving van, and it fell. Nothing cracked, mobile service still working. For the next 4 hours I moved things in and out of the van, and service worked fine, but I was running low on battery. So, I turned the phone off. An hour later, grabbed the phone, turned it on and... no service at all. Circle with line through it where LTE bands should be. I've tried:
-Shutting phone down, waiting a min, 5 min, 30 min, hours... turning it back on, same thing.
-Rebooting phone many many times
-Trying to check wifi calling to make sure it wasn't forcing wifi only and no cellular, but there is no service, so checking even wifi calling it sits there and says "ooops, call AT&T" because there is no signal
-Resetting network settings, same issue
-Resetting phone back to factory defaults, same issue
-Looking at SIM status is tells me Voice radio is off
-Dialing *#*#4636#*#* it shows radio is off. Hitting Ping Test does not bring up the option to turn it on, and click to turn on Mobile Radio Power just moves the switch over... then it eventually moves back to off.
Not sure what else to do or try. Any ideas? It was working FINE before the drop, and for like 4 or more hours after I dropped it, then turning it off for a while, and back on and its not working at all.
Thanks for any help!
