Galaxy s5 not receiving group texts & Twitter not updating
I've been experiencing issues with my Android Galaxy S5. For the last several weeks, I have not been able to receive group texts. Also, my Twitter app isn't updating. Even when I pull down to update the app, it doesn't show all the tweets from one of my accounts, regardless of which one I am signed in to. Restarting my phone does not solve the issue.

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the negative experience. We are happy to help. Can you recall if this started after a recent application download or update? According to your post you have already attempted to restart the device. Here are some addition steps you can try.
Proceed to a run the device in safe mode for 2-4 hours. Here are the steps: http://bit.ly/1AegbcH. While in safe mode try testing some calls. While in safe mode the device will not load any third party applications. This will help you to narrow down possible causes. To exit safe mode just reboot the device.
If safe mode does not work please back up the device with Kies: http://www.samsung.com/us/kies/. Here are the backup steps : http://bit.ly/1f6qcyQ. Then complete a factory reset : http://bit.ly/1ikg0Id.
