Galaxy S22 eSim asking for QR code

Activated several lines today with eSim. iPhones all worked perfectly.

S22 didn't work at all. Unlike the iPhones, no prompts when restarted. No notifications in the settings.

Settings>connections>sim manager>add eSim says Scan QR code from service provider.

Customer support said since the phone was activated today they can't give me a "new" QR code for 48 hours. They can't tell me where the "old" QR code is either.

Do I have to wait 48 hrs or are there any other options?

You'll have to go to an AT&T store They should be able to provide the QR code without the 48 hour waiting.

Att needs to get its 💩 together.  It's not suppose to be this hard.  I'm not sure what sort of fraudulent activity they're trying to prevent with this 48 hour wait.

Thank you. That's what I ended up doing after talking to another cs rep later that day. It worked out.

Then I wanted to add another line. Again, have to wait 48 hrs. Still waiting 😁
