Error code EDS0060

We are on a mountain with Wi-Fi and no wireless service (I can post this!).  Our phones are Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. When we try to connect to Wi-Fi calling, we get this error code.

How do we fix this? Help!

I can't make calls because there is no wireless service, only internet for us.

I don’t know that error code but if you are just now trying to activate WiFi calling, initial activation must be when you are connected to cellular service. You can’t activate WiFi calling where there is no cellular service. Once WiFi calling is activated, it should automatically connect. Not sure what you mean by “connect to Wi-Fi calling” but if you turned WiFi calling off, then on, you are once again trying to activate it which you can’t do without cellular service.

Thank you! I wondered about that. We will go to a service area and do this! Thank you very much!

Doesn't matter what I do, it won't connect. That same error code comes up, even when we are on the att network.

Same with me.  No one at AT&T has been able to help.  I have an Iphone 11 running the latest updates.  I reset the network connections and I even did a full reset, but it will not allow me to turn on wifi calling.  It gives me a message about 911 calling , then requires you press continue and then it says OOPS! this wasn't supposed to happen and to try again.  Error (EDS0060) .  My old iphone 6s can enable wifi calling and my wife's new iphone 13 is able to enable wifi calling, but my phone will not.  I even brought it to the AT&T store but they could not help.  Any one have a solution?>
