There is nothing wrong with the nougat update. Samsungs taste in colors thats another story. As for having say so in updates you dont. Dismiss the update notice 3 times its going to install on the 4th.

I am from Alabama and STILL have not received the update for my S7. Does ANYBODY have any idea when I can expect it? This wait is RIDICULOUS and the ATT Rep I chatted with was NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!

My suggestion is take the phone to a samsung experience center inside a best buy and have them flash it for you.

Hello,

I went last month to Best Buy Samsung Experience Stores and they do not have update for my phone (SM-G930F).They keep update only for US Version models.

AT&T too doesn't have Nougat update for this model.

Samsung Says they can't push through SmartSwitch as only Carrier(AT&T) needs to push the update.

This will be my last phone with Samsung. Will definitely go for Google.

I have a SM-G930A that is unlocked and I am using it on Cricket. My phone is still not updating to nougat. I took it to the "Samsung Experts" at Best Buy and they tried to update it but said the version of nougat they had was not compatible. They had no other suggestions. I took it to an AT&T store and they hooked it up to a computer and said that there was a update available for it but had no way of putting it on. I called Samsung and they said I would have to wait on the "unlocked" version of nougat to be released. I don't buy it. Does anyone have any ideas? It should be able to update if AT&T has released their version, I would think.

The Samsung experience center was being lazy. They are the only way your going to get your update. Att does not update devices not connected to the att network on a active att account.

I can't update my S7 and don't know how to update. When i clicked into software update, it doesn't have any software update for my phone. So how can I get the latest software update without using Odin ?
