We are here to help you with your device unlock concerns, @Admrclark.

We do understand how important it is to be able to unlock your device. You will get an MCK( Master Code Key ) error when you have tried entering your unlock code to many times unsuccessfully.

Did you submit a request through our Device Unlock Portal? If so, you would need to put the unlock code that was provided to your via email.

When unlocking a Samsung device after it has been approved, you only get 5 tries to unlock your phone. After that, you will not be able to use it with another service provider.

We hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach back out with any other concerns.

BEWARE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TRANSFER A SAMSUNG PHONE TO ANOTHER CARIER!  It seems like AT&T intentionally sends the wrong unlocking codes for the transfer of your number and do not warn you that after 5 attends you will be locked out.  Very interesting because there are so many complains online about this issue. I see a group (Edited per community guidelines) in the near future. This is illegal (our phones are paid for, and we should be able to transfer them without so much issue. They are setting people up for failure. I have 6 different pins sent to me by ATT and none worked. Now I can get my phone working with another carrier. However, if I go back with AT&T, they can unlock it and provide the MCK. I smell fraud and deceive!
