Denied multiple times by asurion when I'm paying for insurance.
I've been calling asurion and att for 23 days now only to be denied everytime. I've had att contact asurion on my behalf and verified the usage and the correct steps and still denied. Today me and a lady name Erica in att supervisor staff called asurion and was told that the holds was lifted on my case and that my claim was being pushed through and that a lady would call in the next few hrs to verify my address and phone. So I waited and of course no call, so I called back only to be denied after the guy told us me and an att supervisor Erica that my claim was approved. It's been 23 days. My phone is new. I got it the first week of Aug 2022. I ran it over cutting grass. Att has been really helpful but nothing has really been done. Paying for the insurance and I pay my bills. As a matter of fact I was over charged and instead of giving my money back they gave me a 100 dollar credit which is bull crap. It cause me to be late on a payment and now after 23 days of awful help I don't no what to do. My next steps would be to a lawyer. Which is stupid cause I shouldn't have to go that route all to have my phone fixed when I have insurance since day one. Can you all help me please
