can't refresh connection online

I recently bought a galaxy s10+, it mostly works well except it doesn't receive messages in my group chat at work. I want to refresh my connection to see if that fixes it, but logging in and clicking on the refresh button just gives me the popup below that then does nothing no matter how long I wait. I've tried restarting my computer and using a different browser and that doesn't seem to change anything. I'm posting here because ATT doesn't seem to have any customer service number that helps with technical issues like this, which seems like a large oversight.
