Cant Receive Android Updates

I'm a second hand owner of an ATT Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in a third world country. My phone is still connected to your server (ATT Logo when it boots up) and because of this the functionality is extremely limited. I'm unable to receive Android updates and I'm stuck at Android 11. Is there any way you can remove me from the server?

@Help1245

Just because it boots with the logo means nothing. The phone is branded and originally sold by AT&T.  That's why you see the logo.

But it's not connected to the AT&T servers if you have another SIM card from another carrier.  The SIM card is the only way AT&T could see you. But if you don't have AT&T service connected to an AT&T tower - which are only in the USA, then AT&T can't see you.

As soon as the AT&T SIM card was taken out, the connection to AT&T's servers was cut too. That's how that works.

Also, because you have an AT&T branded phone, it can ONLY get updates if you are ON the AT&T network.

Since you are NOT on the AT&T network, that phone will never get updates.

Now, there are other ways to get updates, but it's up to you to get the firmware and load it yourself using various software tools you can get on the internet. But we can't tell you how on these forums.
