Cannot make or receive calls
For the last 3 or 4 days, I suddenly cannot make or receive calls. People trying to call me immediately go to voicemail. And when I call others, as soon as I hit the phone button to make the call, I immediately get the message "call ended". This is with my regular number tied to my AT&T sim as well as my google voice number I use for work. Even when I try to dial in to voicemail, I am disconnected immediately. I tried restarting my phone, updating software, moving to different spots of my house and work and on the road, turning the airplane mode on/off, and looking through other articles to try to solve the problem. Calling 911 works (I tried that).
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. Everything else about the phone is working smoothly.

It's probably an unlocked s10+. Are you on Android 11 or 12?
At least as far as my S10 g973u1, I was in the same boat as you. On Wednesday, samsung pushed android 12 OTA to my phone and now I can use VOLTE (and wifi calling).
Is your phone a U or U1? I THINK Samsung only pushed 12 to the U1? the U should have been ATT's responsibility?
Type this code into your keypad *#*#4636#*#, then click phone information.
Is VOLTE toggled off? Or is it toggled on?
If on, make sure your preferred network type is exactly like mine.
If VOLTE is OFF, then contact Samsung and explain the situation. Att will be of little help.
Though, make sure you have one of their latest white abs blue sim cards. Can't hurt.

Thank you for the advice. My phone is a U1. I found out I had not installed updates for a while which really surprised me. I was still on Android 9. All is working now.

Yup, samsung saved the day with android 12. Oddly enough, i think they only pushed it to the G973U1 not the G973U?
