Can someone PLEASE HELP ME. IVE BEEN HACKED BY MY BF FOR A YEAR NOW.

I am on ssdi for seizures and i dont drive, so i cant go to the store...I have tried Samsung, then apple, then Samsung again. S22 ultra both times. Iphone 13 pro. I cant keep an email address ling enough to do my online grocery shopping, or banking. I have lost 13 years worth of pictures...my Dad died on my birthday this year, and my dog died the day aft we t i got out of the hospital. Rough year, but hes taken everything from me. My docial media accounts, and he stole about 5 gbs of photographs from my laptop and turned it into a public domain? Or something...ppm could access my photos and share them. They were compromising photos and videos. Who ever this is(i honestly believe it is him) has put cameras and spy cameras up...I think hes the administrator f I r everything I do on Google. I can give anyone all of my emails, his info, etc. I am desperate to find out what is going on really. My Facebook is still there but i cant access it. Same with Instagram, and snapchat. Im not tech smart at all, and hes using a developer mode on his junk phone.. please help me, the email can't be accessed, or he would know...[EDITED per Community Guidelines - removed number]. please text me or give me advice here, if i can get back in.
