Hello, @Sher1! We understand how frustrating it must be to have an imperfect sound quality when calling iPhone users. You've come to the right place for help!
First, performing a soft reset on your device may help resolve your feedback concerns by improving your connection. If you're not sure how to reset your device, locate your device on the AT&T website, scroll down and click Troubleshooting, then click the link labeled Reset Device.
If the feedback persists, let's clear up your microphone by removing any obstructions and safely cleaning it. If the microphone hole is blocked by an object (e.g. a protective cover or film on your phone) remove the obstruction and see if the feedback stops. If it resumes, use a dry q-tip or dust cloth to gently rub the microphone hole until any dust, crumbs, or other foreign objects have been removed.
After you've taken these steps, use the Voice Recorder or Camera to record a clip with audio. Then, play it back to see if the microphone quality has improved.
Thank you for participating in AT&T Community and Forums, and please reach back out if you require further assistance.
