ANDROID 13 UPGRADE
Greetings:
I have a locked AT&T S-21 Ultra (Build G998USQS5CVIG) that as of 11/28/2022 have not received the Android 13 Upgrade.
Kindly appreciated your assistance.

Operating system updates roll out by IMEI starting with the newer units working backwards. I would not yet be concerned that you have not received the Android 13 update. If you would like to talk to AT&T tech support, call and ask for them they will ask for your IMEI and build number.
FYI if you use the word upgrade with support they will assume you want a new phone. Operating systems update

Thanks for the prompt responded formerlyknownas!!! I place a call to ATT Tech Support and "apparently" there is no pending updates for my device.
Don't know what else to do.

At&t doesn't even have the most current build number on the website. So updates have rolled out, but aren't being noted on the website. 😒

I have a unlocked USA version of the s22 and I didn't get my Android 13 update until the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Supposedly, Verizon and T-Mobile customers got their updates before unlocked an AT&T versions. 🤷🏼♀️
AT&T is slacking
When was the last time your phone had a security patch or any update? If it's been keeping up, I wouldn't worry about it. If it rolls around to January and you still have no recent patches or updates, then file an FCC complaint. Routine FCC complaints don't actually do anything. But it does for the complaint back to AT&T upper management rather than a routine customer service rep. And the advantages they call you instead of you having to call them.
