What is real difference between $65 pre-paid plan + Hotspot add-on vs $75 prepaid plan?

Is there any advantage to getting the $65 plan with the $10 hotspot add-on over getting the $75 plan which includes hotspot?

Yes AT&T has for some baffling reason blocked Wi-Fi calling on the $75 plan. Wi-Fi calling still works on the one gig, 8 gig, and $65 unlimited plan.

Are you serious? Ive had att and Samsung on the phone for 2 months trying to get my wifi calling fixed. They said the $75 plan included wifi calling

Freaking idiocy right?
The $85 Unlimited had it, they changed price and removed it. Nit even a full year since the enabled on prepaid.
I don't know how they justify, it costs them nothing to allow it.
I raised the question privately, and got no reply, not even a confirmation.
