Upgrade

I went in store and received a new Galaxy S23 . They said all I needed to do was in 30 days return my old phone (note 20). Is there a way to mail the phone back? Instead of going in store? I can't make it to the store ive got a few broken ribs at the moment.. and the30 days is up by tomorrow...
