Switched plans, now no mobile data

Getting "Hi, it's AT&T. It looks like you want to use data but have none available." message when connecting to network. I switched to $65 with auto pay discount, i confirmed my enrollment in auto pay. Shows $0.00 payment due and due date: now. APN settings are correct and I'm still using same phone.

Hello @Dhubbart, we're happy to provide information on restoring your Prepaid data.

If you recently switched plans, make sure that the minimum Prepaid payment has been made to activate that plan. If you’re on an AT&T PREPAID monthly plan, we suggest only making changes the day before your current plan expires. This way, you won't lose any of the remaining services of your current plan, including Rollover Data or your high-speed data usage allowance.

Dial *777# from your AT&T PREPAID phone to get a text message with your balances. The text will give you your account balance and other account details like your data balance and package info.

If you have changed your plan and have not made the minimum payment follow these steps to activate your plan:
  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Under Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account, select Pay.
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay and select Continue.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

In addition, if you have made the payment and you are still unable to access your plan data. Reach back out to us and we can meet in a DM to take a look into your Prepaid plan together. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
