Problems to activate roaming on my prepaid

Prepaid does not roam in Paraguay regardless of what plan you have. If your friends have ATT and are able to roam in Paraguay, they have postpaid service, not prepaid.

Where are you? Prepaid only roams in select countries.

Sorry, prepaid does not roam in Paraguay. That international travel add-on only works in select European countries.

Thank you for the quick response. I thought it worked here, I checked their website but I probably missed something or maybe it works with another plan, I have some friends who use it here and recommended it.
