Prepaid activation blocked by retailer. Phone was purchase from

I bought a moto g power 2022 and activated it and now days later its does not have service and when a call is attempted I get a recording that says to contact the retailer to finalize activation and target was no help they keep telling me i have to go into a store to finalize the activation and i know this isnt the case as i just read a post of someone else who had the exact same problem and AT&T solved it.. i have order reciept/invoceand screen shot of AT&T charge for the service that I purchased when I initially activated it last weekend. Please any help is appreciated
