Portable hotspot need to add on I think.
I have the Turbo Hotspot 2 and I paid fifty bucks when I started it a week ago.. it's no longer working so do I need to add on more data with an prepaid card or what?

Hey there @Jackiemarie45, we definitely want to help and identify why your Turbo Hotspot 2 has stopped working suddenly.
If you're experiencing any network concerns, we'd advise for you to try a few troubleshooting options:
In the meantime, feel free to provide us with your current AT&T Prepaid Plan. This will allow us to determine if you've possibly went over your data limit. If so, you'll need to add additional data to your plan. You can get additional data add-ons at $10 for 5GB.
