MISTAKENLY SELECTED A PLAN THAT CANCELED MY EBB PLAN.
I accidently/MISTAKENLY changed my AT&T EBB plan to a AT&T Plan I DID NOT WANT AND DO NOT NEED, and possibly canceled my ebb plan. please help. HOW CAN I CANCWL THIS TRASACTION AND MAKE SURE I DIDN'T LOSE MY EBB SERVICE PLAN???

Hi SmokinHOT! We are here to address your cancelled EBB plan!
You may need to apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program as customers can no longer enroll in the EBB program as of 6:00 pm (EST) on 12/30/21. Please apply by submitting the eligibility request and any required documentation to the federal government’s National Verifier at http://sm.att.com/20c23b3d or call 833.511.0311.
The approval or denial can be immediate or can take up to a couple of days. When approved reach out to our AT&T ACP Center at 866.986.0963 for any additional questions.
For additional information regarding your canceled EBB plan, please contact the Ebb center at 866.986.0963 or text relief to 833.737.00924 for more information on AT&T Prepaid EBB program.

Unfortunately the government will only pay for one plan every 30 days. If you went poking around and clicked on several different buttons that is required to change your plan, ignored the warning, you have to pay to resume service.
