I am trying to get in touch with customer service with questions before I sign up for an AT&T plan
I was trying to get in touch with customer service earlier (around 6pm PST) to get some questions I had about AT&T prepaid answered. However, I either got stuck in an automated phone tree or got in touch with a human who transferred me to the prepaid mobility team. My call then got disconnected a few minutes later; this happened twice.
Are their call centers closed or something? The last person I spoke to around 6:15pm said they were not when I asked but then after waiting a few minutes after being transfer my call got disconnected for the second time today.

You cannot get customer service if you are not a customer. Especially not prepaid. If you have questions there are forms like this one and Reddit that are available 24/7 to answer questions.

I see, that is annoying but good to know. I gave up trying to talk to a person after the 5th time of the phone system trying to walk me through steps to activate my phone instead of letting me talk to a person like I was trying to do.
I have so far had much better luck here on the AT&T Community Forums. I was surprised how quickly I got a response 😎😁

Is there a way to navigate to a list of questions I have created? I am trying to go back to the other questions I have made so that I can mark Accepted Answers.
