I am trying to get in touch with customer service with questions before I sign up for an AT&T plan
I was trying to get in touch with customer service earlier (around 6pm PST) to get some questions I had about AT&T prepaid answered. However, I either got stuck in an automated phone tree or got in touch with a human who transferred me to the prepaid mobility team. My call then got disconnected a few minutes later; this happened twice.
Are their call centers closed or something? The last person I spoke to around 6:15pm said they were not when I asked but then after waiting a few minutes after being transfer my call got disconnected for the second time today.
