Do prepaid plans include 5G?
It is not specifically stated that prepaid plans use 5G data (it's just called high-speed data), while postpaid plans explicitly state the use of 5G. Do prepaid plans include 5G?

The only prepaid plan that includes 5G is the unlimited data plan. None of the capped plans including 5G yet. I’m sure eventually they all will include 5G.

BestMVNO noticed that the AT&T Prepaid web site recently switched to say that 5G is included on all prepaid plans. But my phone on the 16GB annual plan is still only getting 4G LTE. Do I need to do something to get 5G applied to my account? Other users in my household on AT&T-based MVNOs do have 5G service here.
I tried APN reset, and also manually adding APNs for ENHANCEDPHONE and NRPHONE but neither worked. My phone is S21 FE.

You might confirm your exact model is on AT&T's whitelist.

All of AT&T's current monthly prepaid plans now include 5G access, but that does not mean that your phone is compatible with AT&T flavor of 5G.

Switched my SIM to the second slot. It came up as LTE but after a minute or two it seemed to reset its connection and showed 5G+. Then I switched the SIM back to slot 1 and it still says 5G+. I guess the network needed a reason to reconsider my status. Or maybe today was just my turn. fast.com says 300M.
