Change plan back
Last month I was unsure whether I was going to keep my service with AT&t or not so I got the cheapest plan available the 30 plan. Plan so I entered the pin number for a $40 plan because it was a plan I've always had but it didn't switch the plan for me! What do I do cannot answer,. L

Prepaid puts the management on us customers. And it can be different from service provider to service provider and if you have not managed prepaid before it can be confusing and frustrating. Don't be afraid to ask questions before you do something. That's what forums like this one are here for.
