at&T prepaid 12 month plan 8gb

hi,

are there any taxes and fees on this plan?  When i went to checkout online, there is an asterix saying the amount does not include taxes or fees.  Yes, even until the last step after entering the credit card the only taxes that appear are on the SIM card, and no fees.

Also, if i go with an AT&T postpaid paid plan instead and later decide to switch to aAT&T prepaid, would I qualify as a new customer or account and so be eligible for the 12 month 8gb plan?
