About changing prepaid plan
Hi,
I would like to change the current plan without any loss of remaining data.
In my case, the plan will automatically renew on May 26 by autopay. When should I change the plan? on May 26? or May 25?

You should change before your current plan renews but check your actual renew date. Autopay normally refills the day before the plan renews. If the 26th is the renewal date, change on the 25th or 24th if you don’t want autopay to refill based on your old plan.

In fact, the actual renew data is on 27th and autopay refills the data on 26th. I need to change it on 25th. Thanks!
