$1 or $2 a day plans
Cannot change my plan either on line or via 611 I am only offered smart phone plans. Why is this so? Why can't I self serve changing this option? You may offer to speak with a customer service rep but having waited on hold for hours for the last several months to change the plan I capitulate to just pay the $30. This seems like the intention. Hold hostage a customer to hold or make them cough up $30. The "we are having a higher that usual call volume" has played for years.
It seems like fraud to try and scam a customer to pay a higher rate by removing the previously easy to access lower rate plan.
The option was there just put it back. Its just a spare phone incase something happens to my other.
