You're trying to upgrade, how? Are you having problems trying to upgrade?
You posted this in the prepaid section. If you are a prepaid customer you do not have the option to upgrade with installments. You have to purchase your own phones. If you want upgrade with installments you would have to migrate your numbers in a store to postpaid service.
