Updating to Android 12
I have a Note 20 Ultra 5g. My wife has the same exact phone and we can't get either phone to update to android 12. We bought both phones from ebay unlocked but on At&t network. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the At&t site and it still won't update. Thanks

Just to make sure we're on the same page, what software version do you and your wife currently have on your phones? We want to understand what version you currently have installed, and which software update you're currently trying to get.
Our Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5Gs first got Android 12 on January 10th, 2022, and there have been a number of patches since then. For this reason, we recommend you check your phone's available storage and clearing up any unneeded files or unused apps. If there isn't enough space on your device, the software update can't be installed and may not show up at all.
Please share this information with us, so we can look into this further if needed.

Thanks for the reply. It looks like we have different software on our phones but I believe the storage is ok. We are just looking to get android 12. Thank you
