Unlock my att prepaid phone

Due to covid19 I lost my job and can no longer keep service. I currently have ported my phone number to Q link wireless unaware that I could not unlock the phone for 6 months. I need help now on how you guys can make an exception on unlocking my phone

there are no exceptions it needs to have prepaid service for 6 months straight before eligible to unlock. They don’t make exceptions

well honestly that needs to change because there are certain situations that att should think of the customer first. Just saying. This is very disappointing to say the least
