Order don't get the address However the address is right

I've checked the address many times.However, the email of order said they didn't get my address right.They told me to call with the order number and the passcode. The point is I don't have passcode and I even don't know what it is.

Now I'm using the card I brought from travel agency.This card only can be used for 30 days so I really need this card.Please help me....

A passcode adds security for a specific account and is usually made up of 4 digits. If you do not know your passocde, you can easily reset it online or by calling in.
