NO PHONE SIGNAL while inside of my house. None of the ATT phones in my home work until we LEAVE the house. How can we get help.
How do I report an outage in my area? My mom and I have ATT phones two separate lines / plans and she is on a contract I am prepaid. She has a droid I have an iphone but BOTH phones don't work while at home. Leave home it works fine. There are no outages per ATT customer service and online on the service outage portal. I even troubleshooted w/ Apple. I have completely reset my phone and the cellular network. My phone is fine. Troubleshooted w/ ATT and they said my sim card was not connecting to the network and go to the store. Went in the store got an esim activated and everything worked fine until I get home. My lyft driver got in the neighborhood and his ATT phone doesn't work either so it's the area. SOS mode comes on, unable to call, text, get calls or texts, nothing. Wifi calling not activating on my phone either. TS&R tool explored. Still not helping. We have been in the same place for over 3 years now. How do we get help?
