Cudy P5 not working with the AT&T prepaid account
Hello!
I Purchased a Cudy - 5G SA/NSA AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 CPE, Model: P5 and purchased the 50gb Prepaid data plan from AT&T.
I have gone through 3 SIM cards with no luck getting them activated to my account. The third SIM card was put in this morning and I had 4G Cellular service until the AT&T rep added the ICCID onto the account. Now I don't have cellular connectivity or access to the internet.
I put the SIM card into an iphone and could not connect to data either.
I put a Verizon SIM card into the router and it worked without an issue.
Any insight to what the issue could be? Do I have the right data plan? I'm not the only one using this router with AT&T so there seems to be something wrong with the setup...
Thanks!

When you purchase the 50 GB plan, data only, did you have the SIM and service activated at an AT&T store as required by this plan?
It needs to be set up in a store in order for you to activate the SIM with service, pay for service, and make sure that your account is accessible and two-factor authenticated via email because you will not be able to sign in and receive a text message on that device.
Also check at&t compatible devices list. While this device does have sufficient bands for use on AT&T and you are purchasing a compatible plan, that doesn't mean that AT&T is allowing all devices to work (which most of us disagree with)
