AT&T Prepaid SIM card

I had this sim card from my flip phone I got in early 2020, it was an AT&T SIM card and when I put it into my old iPhone 5s it says in the corner “(3 bars) AT&T” but when I call 611 it then tells me to call 611 for customer support, how do I fix this?

You may not be able to fix. The iPhone 5s is no longer supported and ATT will not activate an unsupported phone. By putting your SIM card into that phone, you probably had your service suspended. ATT might let you go back to the flip phone but if you want to switch to a different phone, you must switch to a phone supported for VoLTE. For iPhones, that means a 6 or newer.
