Activation not complete.

Bought new MOTO G 5G through the ATT marketplace portal at Walmart. Bought new $65 monthly plan. Paid for all. Sim was activated with new number but I get the message that the order has to be completed by the seller to finish activation. What can be done. I have no working phone and nearest ATT store is a long ways away.

Hi. Did that. Said it is ATT and ATT says it is Walmart. I can get a refund from Walmart but I can not get a refund on the month paid on account to activate the sim. They will not activate the phone. Says to have the seller complete. No one wants to own up to being the seller although Walmart is rightfully the seller as the delivered it to me.

Thanks Constructive. Had that all figured out but Walmart is not being cooperative and neither is ATT. I put my postpaid account sim in and it killed it also.  The sim no longer works in any of my phones. Now my regular phone is dead due to the (I assume automatic software response) phone not being activated. Both sims show to be activated but neither works even in my unlocked old phones. Figure I have lost $150 and will now go and cancel my $200 a month family plan when it comes up for renewal in 2 months.
